What you buy, from whom, and how to stop it.
The subscription isn’t offered yet; these terms will apply once it opens.
Purpose
These terms govern the Suivi and Agence subscriptions to the Ovenir service, taken out from your account. Audits stay free, with or without an account.
Who does what
Ovenir provides the service; the publisher’s contact details are in the legal notice. The subscription is sold by Stripe, the official seller: Stripe collects the payment, calculates and remits the VAT, and issues the invoices.
Plans and prices
- Suivi: $21.00 per month or $210.00 per year, 3 followed sites.
- Agence: $66.00 per month or $660.00 per year, 15 followed sites; 5 more sites for $17.00 per month or $170.00 per year.
Prices include all taxes: VAT is included in the price shown.
The subscription currently includes: the full details of the six audits’ results (every finding, the fixes and the documents to share, the passed checks, the summary sheet); following as many sites as the plan allows, with the latest score for each tool; up to three measurements per day and per site, started from your account; a scheduled measurement at the plan’s frequency (Suivi: every week; Agence: every day), at the earliest: visitors go first, and the actual date of the next measurement shows in your account; the score history, the comparison of two measurements and your notes; a weekly summary and email alerts (a drop of 10 points or more confirmed by a second measurement, a new finding to fix first), which you can turn off; a PDF of each measurement, with your agency’s brand on the Agence plan; and, on the Agence plan, a verifiable badge, a revocable public link to the latest result of each followed site, and up to three users (you and two invited people, each with a role: read, measure or manage).
Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically at each term. You can cancel it at any time from your account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no further charge; the current period is not refunded. For a yearly subscription, an email lets you know before each renewal, between one and three months before the term.
Changing plans
Moving to a higher plan takes effect right away, with a prorated adjustment. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period. Beyond the new plan’s limit, your most recently followed sites are paused: they stay in your account, with no new measurement.
Declined payment
Your account becomes read-only until payment: the result details and new measurements are suspended. Stripe may retry the charge, and we let you know by email. If the payment does not go through, the subscription may be stopped, and the account then becomes free again.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, or a business with five employees or fewer subscribing outside its main activity, you have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason.
The first payment is made when you subscribe. You ask, by ticking a box, for the service to start immediately; if you then withdraw, you pay only for the part of the service provided until your withdrawal, prorated, and the rest is refunded.
To withdraw, write to contact@ovenir.com: a clear statement is enough. You can also copy this template:
“To Ovenir, contact@ovenir.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following subscription. Plan: … Subscribed on: … Account email address: … Date: …”

It is processed as described in the privacy policy.
A question, a disagreement
Write to us first at contact@ovenir.com: we answer within a month. The consumer mediator will be appointed when the subscription opens, and named here. These terms are governed by French law.
