Publisher
The site ovenir.com is published on a non-professional basis by an individual based in Japan. In accordance with Article 6, III, 2 of the French law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), their identity is held at the disposal of the host named below.

Sale of subscriptions
Subscriptions, once open, will be sold by Stripe, as the merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments): Stripe will take the payment, issue the invoice and collect VAT. The subscription terms say what will be sold, at what price, and how to cancel.

What this site is for
Ovenir offers seven tools that automatically measure websites. The results describe what a program found at a given moment. They are not legal advice, a certification, or a guarantee of compliance.
The method page says what each tool looks at.
The free tools only analyze publicly accessible information, with no intrusion attempt and no active testing. By using them, you agree to do so in good faith and not to use them to harm a third-party site. The PHP and Node.js flaws tool reads public pages of the requested site: the home page and at most five pages linked from its menu or footer, following robots.txt. It identifies itself to the sites it reads with its OvenirBot user agent, which includes a contact address.
Product and company names mentioned in the results (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google, consent managers, third-party services) belong to their owners. They are named to say what was found, with no commercial tie.
Intellectual property
The site, its texts, its code and its tools belong to the publisher.
The owner of a measured site may freely reproduce and display the results of the measurement and its badge, without changing its date.
